People from Wichita will know about NuWay. People not from Wichita likely won't. It's an old fashioned Wichita original burger joint. The place has history with the Dorsey family--Strider's grandparents had their first date there! Anyway, they have AMAZING homemade root beer and burgers made of loose ground steamed hamburger.
