Grab Apples

(Part 2) We picked about 30 lbs of apples. crazy we know. We are making a vat of apple butter as we speak. Don't hate.

We had a wonderful day apple picking. Sarah, Andrew and Ollie turned us on to this fabulous farm called Larriland Farm. We got three kinds of apples: stay man, braeburn, and fuji. The least interesting was the last. Seriously. Total boring pants. Anyway, Moxie, Strider, Court, Blake and I squeezed into our biggest car and made the trip out. We met up with SAO for picking and then a delicious meeting with fresh apple donuts and cider. Oh, and we got BBQ pork. That was amazing too. Moxie spent the afternoon in a sweet jacket Courtney got and with an apple in her hand. She now really likes holding whole apples and taking bites out. She laughs every time.

Ollie ran, Blake slept, and Moxie kept up with the pack.

Shower the people you love with sponge candy

Moxie and I took our first trip without dad to go visit Buffalo, NY. Well, we were excited about visiting Buffalo and stocking up on sponge candy but we were actually there for Courtney's baby shower. Denise and Terry Lee were great hosts and made Moxie and I feel right at home. We fit in at the Lee house. Courtney is the most beautiful pregnant woman I have ever seen and Buffalo is a cool town. We ate delicious food, got to meet the crew, and, of course, celebrated Baby Ricci.

We are looking forward to meeting little Mr. Firetruck. End of this month!!

Court and Steve Visit!

We had a wonderful weekend with Courtney and Steve visiting. Baby Ricci was there but he didn't say much.

You know you are really good friends with people when you don't worry about cleaning up your house before they come. We actually made it a little dirtier just to test the relationship.
